Over 50s and for those who have done exercises before.

Friday morning 9:30am to 10:30am

Group 2

Over 60s and for relative beginners.

Friday morning 10:45am to 11:45am

6 sessions for £9

The cost is £10 for 6 lessons and the groups start on Friday 11th. September
