RAVS Projects

Over the years, RAVS has set up many different projects. These usually start out as an idea in response to an identified need. RAVS will carry out a survey or other research to make sure that the project will meet that need. Then finance is organised, usually with a funding bid covering items such as capital costs, premises, staff salaries, resources, equipment etc.

Once the project is up and running, RAVS provides continuing management and support.

The project may become an integral part of our service to local organisations and individuals.  Alternatively it may be time-limited, or develop into a separate organisation.
