NOTICE OF THE A.G.M.
TO BE HELD on 15th OCTOBER 2009 AT 6.45pm
Any amendment to the Constitution & Rules of the club must be in writing, signed by the proposer and seconder, and in the hands of the Secretary by the 1st October. Similarly all proposals for discussion at the AGM, along with nominations for new committee members, must also be in the hands of the Secretary by the 1st October.
The Committee Members retiring on the 15th October are:
Evelyn Baird and Alan James.
Before nominating an individual please ensure that they are willing to stand for election to the committee.
