Partnership works as follows:

• Each representative is responsible for, and accountable to, their own group
• In addition, they may also represent the Staff Side on various groups
• The Chair and Secretary represent the Staff Side
• The Employee Director represents the interests of all staff at Board level
• The Partnership Forum has a constitution, which provides an accountability framework and strengthens our links with trade union organisations and the NHS
• We work in accordance with the Partnership Information Network (PIN) and the Scottish model for Partnership in Scotland
