      The M.E. Recovery Group  

    For Advice/Help on Myalgic Encephalomyolitis and Chronic

          Fatigue Syndrome.

The M.E. Recovery Group is a not-for-profit charity which has been formed to offer advice/help to the 100+ M.E./CFS sufferers in the Scottish Borders, with treatment using supplemental treatment and nutritional therapy. The Group became operational in April 2004. This project has been targeted to help that majority of M.E. sufferers, who have become unemployed as a result of the disease and have perhaps been forced to claim State Benefits. The Group, operating throughout the Borders has helped several members return to health, to their communities, and in some cases work. There is as yet no outright cure.
