A Recommended Approach to Everyday Life.

*Eat little and often. Make it six small meals a day, if possible.

*Cut out: wheat, grains, milk and dairy products, yeasts, sugar and sweetners.

*Replace half your diet with: fruit, vegetables, seed sprouts, nuts and seeds.

*Eat oily fish such as canned salmon (American or Canadian) or sardines, free range chicken. Avoid red meat because of antibiotics and hormones in farming.

*Drink Green tea, which is an antioxidant. Drink plenty of water, in all about 1 1/2 litres per day.

*Avoid coffee, tea, drinking chocolate, cocoa, chocolate, Lucozade, Coke: all of which contain caffeine. Also avoid alcohol.

*Buy drinks in glass bottles not plastic containers, the same applies to food wrapped in plastic.

*Buy a water filter to fit a jug and replace the filter as per instructions.

*Buy organic foods as much as possible. Otherwise wash and peel all fruit and vegetables. Another option is to wash all fruit and veg in Citricidal

*Never deep fry foods. Try to always use olive oil in a frying pan. Fried foods produce free radicals, which are highly reactive chemicals, that destroy Essential Fats in food, increase the risk of cancer, heart disease and destroy nutrients such a vitamins A & E, which provide protection from those very substances.

*Eat as much raw food as possible.

*Avoid processed or refined foods full of chemicals. Keep the use of animal fats low.

*Avoid salt.

*Minimise exposure to cigarettes and cigarette smoke.

*Stress must not be allowed to become part of your life.

*If possible take plenty of exercise- walking, aerobics, yoga, and swimming.

*Listen to what your body is saying. Adjust your lifestyle accordingly.
