The M.E Recovery Group's logo is a Rudbeckia flower, a rich and vivid yellow daisy-like plant, otherwise known as Black-eyed Susan.

With it's cheerful disposition, like a ray of sunshine, it symbolises the fact that life can get brighter and we can look forward to a return to health. M.E. can be such a depressing illness that we forget what it's like to live a normal life, but it is possible to feel well again and have a brighter future.
