| Dormant Bank Accounts A consultation session organised by Scottish Government and SCVO took place last month in the Volunteer Hall, Galashiels. About 60 delegates from the Voluntary Sector received information and had the opportunity to ask questions with regard to accessing the fund. For further details – please log on to www.scotland.gov.uk/Publications/2008/06/ACCOUNTS Voluntary Sector Development Fund Applications The Scottish Government has now published the application form, guidance and equality monitoring form for the 2008-09 Voluntary Sector Development Fund (VSDF). The forms and guidance are available to download from the Workforce Unit website at www.ccpscotland.org/workforceunit/info/news.php#VSDF The guidance document sets out who can apply for funding and what can be funded. As a reminder, funding this year will support: adult residential care workers, support workers in adult residential care, adult residential care staff with supervisory responsibilities and housing support managers. Applications must be returned to the Scottish Government by Friday 31 October 2008.
