What we offer

We undertake joint projects for the benefit of our members. We also:

• Maintain a local network of individuals active in their communities.
• Administer the annual revenue support grant for member halls from Scottish Borders Council.
• Maintain an emergency repair fund.
• Are the focal point for consultation and action on issues of common concern for example water charges.
• Are a channel of communication for outside organisations/individuals.
• Are members of Berwickshire Association for Voluntary Service.
• Have create a village hall information pack and made it freely avaliable to our members.

The Federation is run by a management committee who are elected annually by the membership. All are involved in running their own village hall and bring their knowledge and experience to the Federation to share with others.
