MOSS

Hi All, Thought i would give you an update on Moss.  He had a great holiday in the Lake District and we could not keep him out of the water.  He has been to the seaside (Bamburgh) and we could not keep him out of the water.  He goes up in the forest everyday and we can't keep him out of the water.  But can we get him to swim?

He has become a wonderful dog and is devoted to our family. (sometimes too much)

Thank you so much for letting us take this great dog, warts and all.

Rest assured this dog is well loved.

DUKE

Duke has been in his new home for nearly 2 weeks and his new owners feel that he has always been there. He is getting on well with his new 'brother' and grandchildren as well. He is enjoying his walks and learning a whole new way of living. His owners just love him to bits and it seems Duke feels the same.

TYLER

Hi there, this is just a quick email to say that the wee black n tan puppy we got off you is great (tyler) He was toilet trained within afew days so hardly any accidents and he is growing loads!! His feet at the moment are bigger than my girlie dogs feet and they love each other too play all the time! Thank you ever so much for letting us have him and if we are ever in the area we will pop in if we have him with us.

Max

On the whole he is doing great, he still steels food if given half a chance and still bullies other dogs on the beach every now and again but he is getting better.  He now only barks at cars in stead of trying to rip the rubber of the rims!!!  He loves being on the beach and will chase birds up and down until he literally drops.  He likes playing in the waves as well.

The photo is of Max with his glove puppet hound puppy that barks when you squeeze it's mouth.  Max loves it.

Tula

Tula has settled well into her new home.

Clary

I've just gone to my new home and will let you know how it goes. They both seem really nice and have such lovely bed for me in the living room. I am just so comfortable.

Bramble

Hi, just to let you all know that my owners are so pleased with me as I've now passed my Gold Certificate run by the Kennel Club. Apparantly I was a 'real star'!
Have been on a trip to Ireland where I had long walks on very long beaches. Also attracted this collie friend. I enjoy walks in the Cheviots and the Southern Uplands and like meeting lots of new dogs now.

Finn and Mischief

Hi everyone,

We just wanted to let you know that Finn has settles very well with us, its only been a week, but already he is very much part of the family.

Finn is very lucky to have his sister, Mischief, living close by with our friends-as you can see they are having great fun playing together in the garden, and we're looking forward to them going for walks together once they've both had their second jabs.

Thanks to Lynn and her family for doing such a great foster job, we will be back to visit soon.

Bertie

Just letting you know that i am getting on OK with my new owners.  I have a friend and his name is Timmy and he sleeps with me at night so i don't get lonely, you didn't tell me that i would be working in a pet shop, my main job is to charm the customers as they come in ( im good at that)  I do get to test the pigs ears if the boss gets a coffee from the kitchen He He.  There is a photo of me trying out my new bed i need this as it is hard work greeting every one that comes into the shop.  Well all the best to you all and thanks again for all your help finding me a new family.

Bud

Just a short message to let you all know that I am getting on fine although I still don't like sudden noises! I quite like living here and the food is really good. I think I've even got myself a job 'cos when the humans go out they tell me that a man called Santa is coming but I've not to bark at him - who are they kidding?!!!!! I've also made friends with a big black dog called Max. (Well, nearly! he comes sometimes and I share my Bonios with him.) I'll be up to visit you soon.

Max

Hello all, just a little note to let you know how I'm getting on. I'm having lots of fun at my new home. I have a new friend in Barney, we play together. I have been a bit of a rebel and have chewed things I shouldn't have, but I'm learning not to. I get lots of treats and love playing in the park. I even get to cosy up at nighttime and if I'm lucky in the bed too! I've sent some pictures of me and Barney. Hopefully I'll come see you soon. In the meantime I'm looking forward to my First Christmas and what Santa brings me, love from Max

Bear

Just a little update on how life in South Queensferry is with Bear(came to us on 1st March).
He is doing very well and we are all enjoying having him with us.He has been doing alot of paddling in the River Forth as well as trying to get stones out of it.He certainly needs a good dry after that!.
He has had a couple of holidays in Selkirk, while we've been away and seems to enjoy the peace and quiet although he is always pleased to see the boys when he comes home.
He now has lots of doggie friends within Queensferry, including 2 friend's puppies and soon shows them who's top dog!We often all walk together.
Hope you all have a good xmas and a happy new year.
Regards
Jenni

Ginny

Hi, I am a whole year old now! Mum is wondering when i am going to settle down she says that i have far too much energy.  I have started learning agility which is really really fun, mum keeps on getting left behind!  I have also passed my Bronze, Silver and Gold Good Citizen test-pretty good for a baby i think.  Although mum says i am a bit of a pain sometimes-she still gives me lots of cuddles and kisses and lets me under the covers for cuddles in the morning.  Best be off lots of Doggie friends to play with.

Fern

Roxy has now chosen a new name, she is now called Fern.  Fern has only lived with us for a month but has settled in very well.  She enjoys showing off at Dog Training and always have to be centre of attention.  She will start agility when she is old enough, but at the moment she is enjoying playing with all her new sisters.  Her best friend is Meaghan and despite a rocky start they are now inseperable.

Thank you for allowing me to have this super dog.

Robyn.

Murphy

Hi,

Just to let you know that Murphy has settled in really well and what a lovely dog he is.  He loves playing fetch with his ball and also has loads of soft toys which he loves to throw in the air.

We can now let him off the lead when walking as he comes back when called and is great with other dogs.

He loves treats and his favourite is cheese.  Here are some pictures of his favourite place our bed.

Best Wishes
