Re-Homing

Every year many unwanted animals come into our care. We try to find new homes for all our animals where they will be cared for and loved for the rest of their lives.

We are starting to list the animals on the web site who are looking for a new home and will change it as new cats/dogs/small animals come in and go out.

If you are interested in giving any of our animals a home please contact us at the Centre.

The process we use includes matching the animal to your situation and trying to ensure that you will be able to meet its needs.

When you phone the Centre staff will go through a questionnaire with you to determine the type of animal you are looking for and to try to ensure that we offer you one that will fit in with your homelife.
We then may do a Home Check to complete the assessment as well as giving you time with the animal of your choice to see how you and your family get on with your prospective new pet.
If all goes well and you choose to give one of the animals a new home we ask for a donation to help pay for the care we have given during their stay with us. This includes food, heat, vet bills, etc. all of which mount up very quickly.

All of our animals are given a health check before coming to you and are vaccinated, wormed, de flead and neutered.
