About BALSA

BALSA is a group of adult learners and students living in the Borders. We are working hard to make this a representative group and want to reach all the adult learners in the region.

Who we are

We first met in the summer of 2003 when the Borders Learning Partnership wanted to encourage the development of an adult learners forum. BALSA became a fully constituted group in October 2003. Find out who's who.
