YOUTH WORKERS CONFERENCE Creativity and DiversityCommunity Learning and Development, in partnership with Youth Scotland, held a Youth Workers Conference on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 October 2005. The event took place at Barony Castle, near Peebles.

Over the course of the two days, 34 youth workers from all over the Borders took part.
A range of workshops on a variety of topics were on offer,including Detached Youth Work, Training & Development, LGBT Youth Issues and Engaging & Involving Young People. Games and new activities were on offer.

Feedback from attendees was very positive and work is now beginning on future event planning.
