What have we done?
We have provided a range of health improvement activities benefitting all sectors of the community from babies through to older people. These activies have been the result of extensive consultation with communities. Group activities have included weaning, baby massage, a diverse range of physical activity and food and health programmes in addition to relaxation we have also offered training and development opportunities for participants and volunteer staff. It is our intention to build upon this wealth of experience to ensure local people are offered continued encouragement to identify and address their own health needs. We also aim to ensure that we continue to consult with our communities to drive forward the health improvement agenda and to develop our health improvement programmes.
